Trichocereus peruvianus
This was the species that got me into collecting Trichocereus. The wonderful blue colors coming from the glaucous coating, the big ribs exposing the epidermis. The Long central and radial spines that contrasted with the greens and blues. Some people would say they all look the same, and they just don’t have the eye. Get the eye. Have the vision. See it. Be able to determine that one peruvianus can look just ever so different from the other. Either a plant from Peru, or Australia, to a gorgeous seed grown one from the States. Look through these different plants and tell me you can’t see their varied beauty.
